My house - and my surroundings (please wait for pictures to load)

As I wrote another place on this site, I was born and raised in the big city. Never the less I later decided to move countryside to live in the forest. That became the "Delhoved Skov" which is a part of a larger forest named Jyderup Skov commonly spoken. The forest is a private forest although Danish legislation states that every forest has to be open for the public during daylight. This is more or less what the sign on the picture says.
This is taken facing North-West.
Laust loves to go for a walk in the forest to find bugs... well when he is not sitting in front of the PC.

Slusen ved Strids Mølle
The forest - walking with our visitor from Australia, Philip Adams. You see trees lying around. This is because of the storm in December 1999. It was the worst wind we have ever had in Denmark for _many_ years.
To the left - the way to Strids Mølle.
Our backyard.
Møllevej - facing East.
Møllevej - facing West.
Slagelsevej - This is the bigger road of which Møllevej runs into.
